Wolfe’s Pine Valley Farm’s is now available for scheduled photography sessions for the Christmas season. All sessions must be scheduled in advance, please reach out to our phone or email to set up an appointment from our list of available days.
Family photos using mobile phones is allowed and is encouraged anytime during farm hours – however, sessions involving props, multiple groups, or non-paying visitors must be booked in advance, Wolfe’s Pine Valley Farm’s reserves the right to ask photographers and their clients to leave the premises for violation of these or otherwise stated property policies as detailed below.
- Our season will begin 11/14/26, from that date onward we will be available for bookings daily except for Mondays, Black Friday (11/27) and the following Saturday (11/28) will also be unavailable due to overcrowding.
- Available hours will be between 9am and 5pm, sunrise and sunset sessions can be requested but will only be permitted if the staff is available and must be explicitly permitted in advance.
- Sessions begin at a cost of $100 for 2 hours of photography, each additional hour on top of the initial two hours will cost an additional $50 with a $250 daily maximum charge. Payment must be made prior to the day of a photoshoot (unless paid in cash). All day access (9am-5pm) is available for $250
- If the weather or outside conditions are a concern for the day of an appointment, rescheduling can be arranged via email or phone call or refunded in the event that rescheduling is unavailable. All rescheduling should be completed at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment, failure to comply with this policy may result in a non-refundable charge. Photographers are responsible for keeping an eye on the weather forecast, though we will do our best to stay in contact regarding possibly problematic dates in regard to outdoor conditions on the property.
- Wolfe’s Pine Valley Farms does not offer professional photographers, photography equipment, or props. Props and necessary equipment may be used on site but must be self-provided and removed upon departure. Failure to return the farm to its natural state may result in a non-refundable charge.
- Check-in must be done via our phone or at our gatehouse (white shed between the ponds that acts as our entry building). Please arrive in advance on possibly busy days (especially days near Thanksgiving) to get the full duration of your time.
- Wolfe’s Pine Valley Farm’s reserves the right to adjust or alter any of these policies for any reason.
